CALLBACK SOLUTION

SavyTel offers a Callback platform for Resellers/Partners.

Callback is a service where the user calls an access number, provided by SavyTel, and allows it to ring once then hangs up. There will be no charge for this call. Our Switch then calls back the user at the number that was used to make the initial call. When the user answers the call, a prompt will be given to allow the user to dial the number he wishes to reach. SavyTel Callback service allows SavyTel subscribers to initiate low-cost long-distance and international calls using a variety of origination methods as an alternative to costly outbound long-distance rate.

SavyTel offers four origination methods for its Callback service:

SMS              E-MAIL          WEB            ANI

 

WEB CALLBACK

SavyTel customers will login to a Web interface to initiate Web Callback service. The user provides his credentials by entering his PIN (Personal Identification Number) and then enters the telephone number to reach. SavyTel Callback system will setup a call between the user and the desired destination

ANI CALLBACK

SavyTel customers will call a telephone number corresponding to Savytel Callback Gateway. The ANI of the caller will be used to authenticate the caller. On the successful authentication, SavyTel Callback system will setup a callback to the caller who will be prompted via IVR to enter the telephone number he wants to reach. SavyTel Callback system will then setup a call between the user and the desired destination

SMS CALLBACK

SavyTel customers will initiate the SMS Callback service by sending a SMS text message from their GSM mobile phones to SavyTel Callback Server. The SMS message contains her account (or PIN) and the desired phone number to reach. The Callback Server, after verifying the credential, will setup a call between the user and the desired destination
